[Final Cut Pro X] Set up a library and event in Final Cut Pro X.

Before importing media, it’s required to set up a library and event to store media. To start a new library, click File > New > Library. Select the name and location of the library.

An event will be set up within the Library automatically, that will be named after the current date. Select it and rename it to whatever you see fit. Import media to your event either by clicking the big Import Media button, right clicking the even and selecting “Import Media”, or simply pressing Command + I.
